Verify Paypal Account :
This is a way how you can verify your paypal account without using Credit or Debit Card

First, you need to upgrade your Personal account to a Premier one.
Here's how to:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Upgrade ".
3. Select Premier account Business account. Then please select Premier account, click "Continue" to upgradeyour account immediately.

Second, you need to send two documents to paypal administrator. The documents you need to provide should be:

1. Photo ID (Identification Card/Driver License)
2. Bank account statement of your bank account or cover of you bank book (please show your name and address and the account number on it).

Please send your message and your pic to this email consumertech@ebay.com. And the subject of your email is PayPal APAC.and in the email, somehow, paypal may call you for verification for some cases.

Note: save your pic as JPG is a must.
