Found and joined this new site on 28 Feb 2011. The admin give the 1st 2500 member free membership upgrade (premium) for the unlimited period (according to the admin). This is another BuxHost site which using same template and layout as many other site. Although we all are sad because of SterlingBux, but I am give it a try on KrazeBux. Since, I already have the Premium membership and able to click 6 Ads / day with $0.01 / click. I think I could meet my 1st cashout requirement on the 15 March 2011 (with 13 Direct Referral Currently). So maybe you can join also whose know this might be paying sites tho.
