At first, I just join as I exchange with some referrals in EMS forum until I found that PTCI put the site into On Going Investigation list. I start to focus it by inviting more people to join and today I manage to reach the minimum cashout which is USD 3.

I rate this site 2 stars because of few negative point towards this site, please see point above. Hence I am NOT REALLY encourage newbies to join (unless your paypal is Verified) until I move it into Best or Safe List later. Hope the admin will change their rules and I will keep an eyes on this site.

[5/5/11] CORRECTION : 

I've got clear answer for the doubt, according to one of the moderator, Standard Member can perform unlimited cashout however maximum of each cashout is only limited to USD10.

So I personally think this could be a worth trying site too. SO DONT WAIT, JOIN NOW.
